Return Policy

All PUNCHYZZ products are custom-made on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at punchyzz.office@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Since all PUNCHYZZ products are manufactured specifically to your order, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages PUNCHYZZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly.
